Open Mats: Open mats are unstructured training sessions where students can roll, drill, or work on techniques of their choice at their own pace. Our 14 and up Striking and Kickboxing Open Mats provide a relaxed, unstructured training environment for students to practice and refine their striking skills. Open mats are an excellent opportunity to spar lightly, drill combinations, or focus on specific areas of improvement. With no formal instruction, students have the flexibility to tailor their training while building camaraderie with others in a supportive and motivating atmosphere.
